Use this form if you've received a penalty notice letter because your child has failed to attend school regularly.

The penalty notice fine is £80 if you pay within 21 days of the issue date on your letter.

If you pay after 21 days, but within 28 days, the fine increases to £160.

If its been 29 or more days since the issue date on your letter, our Education Welfare Team will contact you about what happens next.
